Living testimony of the Big Game Fishing World in Mauritius.

Founded in April 1955 by four friends and passionate anglers, Allan Cambier, Jean-Marc Jauffret, Jacques de Robillard and Rene Rey, Le Morne Anglers Club is the oldest and most respectful fishing Club in Mauritius.

The development of Big Game Fishing in Mauritius, along with the growing number of members, form part of the Club’s fame, which quickly became a reference on the matter. Holder of several fishing records approved by the International Game Fishing Association, of which, it is one of the oldest member, LMAC is now known throughout the world for the various Big Game Fishing Competitions organised each year in the Mauritian waters.
