Dear Angler,

For SIOBC  2011  -  13th to 19th February 2011

On behalf of the organising committee of the South Indian Ocean Billfish Competition (SIOBC) and in the name of Le Morne Anglers' Club, we have the priviledge and the honour to bring this international event to you in its 11th year.

For 2011, we are proposing a new formula which will allow to fish in the same boat for four consecutive days.

We encourage you to visit the "Boats" page and make your reservation with the contact of your choice - first come first serve.

We are gratified by nature in being ideally positioned in the Indian Ocean, where the necessary conditions exist to make a fisherman's dream come true; where the catch of a "Grander" is a real possibility.

As this competition enters its 11th anniversary, we are proud to be an on-going offshore qualifying event to IGFA's annual invitation International Tournament.

We are setting the scene to optimise the conditions for good fishing and having fun, and we hope that you have diarised this event in your 2011 fishing diary.
